The property has heaps of potential but needs some TLC and is not a 5 star rating as it will struggle to be a 4. The new manager ADI was very professional and handled our situation very well. I hope things turn around for the property and will definitely consider it on our next trip as it is conveniently located and villa rooms size was great.

You need to go off the highstreet throguh some super dirty and creepy streets to get to the hotel. Tiny pool with few sunbeds and no Sun. Room is nice BUT we had two cockroaches in bathroom…. Would never stay here again.

Kayumas was amazing! The most attentive and friendly staf! The menu was diverse and everything was delicious. The spa was incredible and had same of the best treatments!!!! The beach was a 5 minutes walk and I always felt safe. If I was coming back I’d definitely stay here! You won’t be disappointed

We loved this property. The facilities were great, the room really nice and the staff were so friendly and efficient. We loved the spa - it's amazing value for money for massages. DIning options were great with a really good breakfast and great lunch/dinner menu too. Would definitely recommend.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Kayumas. The food, bar and day spa staff were incredible. Unfortunately, I lost a pair of shoes by accidentally leaving them at the pool. With following up with the office staff it was insinuated that I was lying. They said that they checked the security cameras and I wasn't wearing the shoes. They didn't listen to the fact that I left my things at the pool while we went to the day spa and returned and the shoes were still there. I then forgot to grab them. This has now soured our experience at Kayumas which is a shame because we loved it and I actually returned for another spa session before the insinuation.

Kayumas Resort & Hotel in Seminyak , Bali is a great place to stay in Seminyak ,Bali , the resort has every amenity you would need from a very gym to a 5 star spa which we used for a 3 hour treatment and massage , the staff treat you like family , very nice and super helpful all the time .
