Excellent room Staff are helpful but cannot speak English. Comfortable place The only complaint was the food. It snowed on the night of arrival and the next day we decided to use the hotel dinning. There plenty of choices but the food are not as fres at other places and was quite expensive . We later found reasonably close by restaurant which are actually cheaper.

Loved the views. It can be quite a distance from civilisation but if you plan ahead for the trip, you will find that the hotel is a great stay.

施設内にトリックアートがある他、無料の夜食提供もあり、子ども達も喜んでいた。周辺の観光スポットへのアクセスも非常に良好。 ただ、チェックイン時、対応できるスタッフがたった1人（その日がたまたま？）、流石に待ち時間が負担になった。外国からのスタッフさんが沢山いたが、もう少し動ける、対応の方向性を自身で決定できるようになるための育成が必要だと感じた。

西館を進んだ先に東館があるという謎の構造で、さらにそれぞれの行き来には階段での上下移動も絡む。案内サインと自分の方向感覚が合わず、慣れるまでは迷路。 東館にはエレベーターが1基のみだが、チェックイン時には清掃をされているお婆さんが大量のビールの空き缶が入ったゴミ袋を積載してエレベーターを占有しており、しばらく乗れなさそうだったのでお手伝いをすることに。 楽しみにしていた温泉は、内湯と露天が離れた場所にあり、一度出なければならない。露天には洗い場がないので、まず内湯に行って身体を洗って、一度着替えて廊下に出て歩いた後、露天でまた服を脱いで入る。上がり湯にシャワーをかけたい人はまた内湯に戻る必要があるが、それにはまた着替えなければならない。結果、露天は入らなくていいか〜となる。 朝食会場では、一生懸命に日本語でコミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれるミャンマーのスタッフの方の奥で、「いざという時は私が喋るよ」と作業の手を止めて見守るお婆さんスタッフ。 こういうスタッフさんたちのおかげで、優しい気持ちになれて、なんか憎めないところがあるホテルという感想。

東館に宿泊しました。スタッフの対応はとても良く、食事はビュッフェで郷土料理がいただけて美味しかったです。部屋の場所が食事場所までが少し遠いのですが、廊下に絵が飾られていて楽しめました。大浴場と露天風呂の場所が離れていて露天風呂がとても気持ちいいです。露天風呂へ移動しないとならないので、露天風呂に洗い場がないのが残念でした。

鍵の施錠がし難く、何度も鍵の開け閉めを繰り返した。 温泉は厳選掛け流しで設備はふるいが手入れされてる。 個室は、エアコンの吹き出し口付近から電灯まで多めの蜘蛛の巣、かべの一部に汚れなど気になる点もあった。 食事は種類も多く選びやすかった。

近辺ては規模の大きな宿。コロナの禍中、経営が切り替わって現在に至っているもの。だが施設内のハードリニューアルはほぼなされていないため、中古感が強く、衛生面での印象はよくない。ビュッフェスタイルの夕食もB級感強く、食事会場も配慮に乏しく一時代前の学食のような体裁。温泉はもとからよかったのでほかの面でもがんばってほしい。大型バスで乗り付ける県外ツァー客の受け入れには手っ取り早いのかもしれないが、秋田の評価を落とす方に作用しそうな気がする。
