We stayed for the annual IAWL Festival and it was a wonderful time! Easily walk to all the festivities around town. It did get a little crowded after the 5K in the bar and dining room. They had a band on Saturday! It was really fun! They served continental style breakfasts but if you want more traditional options, there are several local restaurants that serve breakfast. This is our second stay at The Gould. It is very nostalgic and classy.

Very nice property. Staff is excellent and delicious food. Our problem was that the heater blew cold air all night. We reported it once and she changed the thermostat batteries? Nothing happened. When checking out we found out that the heater hasn’t been working and we should have asked to change rooms. Probably should have been the first thing they did and tried fixing again after we were comfortable.

A brief but very enjoyable stay. Personnel from front desk to bartender to house-keeper couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. I would definitely return to the Gould, if I needed to spend time in Seneca Falls.

The staff are all exceptional. Great off street parking. Rooms and beds are comfortable and a little worn out. Bedding was clean and crisp. Bathroom floor was a little dirty, air conditioning worked sporadically. The bar and restaurant are really great. We had a delicious dinner with amazing live entertainment on a Saturday. Breakfast was basically all prepackaged bars and cereal, some yogurt etc…Sunday the town shuts down including the hotel bar and restaurant as well as museums. The sculpture trail along the canal was nice. Decent location for wineries.
