El hotel estaba extremadamente limpio, y el personal amable nos recibió con calidez, ayudándonos a relajarnos. Su proximidad a las atracciones turísticas populares hizo que fuera muy conveniente explorar la zona a pie. Excellent location for tourists. Walking distance from the cathedral, Alcázar, and one of the main tourist spots in Seville. Lots of tapas places, bars, and restaurants near the hotel. You can stay out till late in the night and can still just walk back to the hotel. Great service from the hotel. We had to check in early and we called them and they accommodated us promptly. The hotel has its own cafe as well. They also provided us with complimentary wine. One of the best hotels considering the price we have stayed in Europe. We could not recommend this more.

I had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel! The interior and exterior are beautifully decorated, and the ground floor was always bustling with joy and laughter when I was coming in or leaving. My hotel room was breathtaking! It was spacious and clean with a gorgeous view and thoughtfully assembled furniture. It was also very well-lit and well-decorated. Lastly, the staff was so kind and hospitable during my check-in process. They were very friendly and gave me a run-down of things to do and see in Seville! Staying at this hotel was an absolutely beautiful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone vacationing in Seville!

Very friendly staff. Charming room with the most amazing view of the Alhambra. Generally quiet with some street noise. Great location to walk everywhere.

Nice and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly. The hotel is a bit of a distance from the city center but there are taxis waiting for you outside the lobby to take you there.
