I am not that satisfied with this hotel. The room’s soundproofing was terrible—I could hear every sound from upstairs, including people using the bathroom, which was highly unpleasant. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were not clean; there were some yellow spots even it is not easy to identify. Plus, the hotel stuff not even say goodbye when I check out in person

Nice hotel! We have a perfect stay. The room is abit hot as the air conditioning is not really cold. Overall, very good the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Amazing stay
Hotel Rey Alfonzo was such an amazing stay! They really care about their guests and are extremely attentive. The location is perfect and within walking distance of all highlights of the city! The room was large, clean and beautiful. The rooftop has an incredible view and is so cozy for a night cap! Our room was right by the rooftop bar but it stayed quiet! I highly recommend this hotel and when we come back we will choose to stay here again! Just amazing!

My fiance and I stayed at Hotel Rey Alfonso for two nights. We thought it was the perfect location. Everything was a walk away. The furthest we had to walk to a restaurant or an attraction was 15-17 mins. They were very clean and always made our bed and cleaned our bathroom everyday while we were out exploring Seville.

Great location. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, they make your stay. The specific room we stayed in had an oddly laid out bathroom and the rooms are not sound proof. You can easily hear things in the hallway.

The hotel is in an amazing location central to the key sights in Seville, modern, well kept with a contemporary style and there is a fabulous roof terrace bar (with a pool area). Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There can be a bit of noise depending where your room is but it didn't spoil or detract from the experience for our group. My only point of improvement would be to have a relaxing indoor bar /lounge area - there is some space near reception where you can get drinks, comfortable though not 'an experience'. However, there are nearby hotels that can offer that. Overall I would happily recommend and be very happy to return.
