Very modern hotel with full facilities at a very good price. The subway is only a 10 minutes walk away and can get you to the central in half an hour. It is only a few stops away from the major Shatin malls with lots of shopping and food options. Would definitely go back again in the future.

What wasn’t there to like. Reception staff efficient and concierge very helpful. Rooms spacious, very clean, thank you housekeeping. Buffet breakfast so much choice and staff efficient. MTR was near enough for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Most staff is helpful and friendly. They could be more smiling and cheerful. Most area is clean except elevator which should be vaccumed every few hours. Exercise room stretch area too small, this room need to be expanded.

The hotel is very clean & the stuff is polite. Area is nice, I had the river view. night time looking out the river is very pretty. Around the area, there are shopping plaza & stores, very convenient to eat & buy stuff. Highly recommended this hotel

I want recommend this hotel especially their staff whether they are concierge, front desk, buffet staffs are so friendly, helpful, considerate. The lady who cook me double eggs everyday I stay there. During hurricane time, staff will warn me about the area and shuttle status. Overall, I am very satisfy with my staying.
