Everything is excellent—only ver small quibble is the bathtub which has no soap dispenser nearby. At least a small bar of something nice and perhaps some bath salts would be a really nice little touch. Bring your own if you can…

Was nice and quiet, the room was nice. We only stayed for one night so not much chance to enjoy the hotel, check in at 4pm and checkout at 10am seems short.

I had stayed one night back in May while travelling for work and decided then I needed to return with my wife and spend a few days. We just got back from 3 nights at Brentwood Bay Resort and enjoyed every moment. It’s quiet, relaxing and has everything you need to enjoy a break from day to day activities. Our favourite part was of course the spa!

Attempted to order room service and no one answered the phone multiple times. Tried to call the front desk a few times and no one answered. Ended up having to go to the PUB for food which was not what we wanted to do. Staff were friendly , no issues. Fireplace in the room did not work as well. Room was beautiful and clean.
