This hotel offers good amenities that’s why I decided to stay in this hotel. But the downside was that the pool,jacuzzi area were closed and the ice machine was out of service! The hotel called me to notify me about that but I was already on my way to the hotel!!! Do I get a Refund for the amenities that were not available? Do I get a price adjustment?Because I paid the same amount of money! Or they have to update the amenities on their advertising!! I feel some what that I was lie about.. Other than that everything was good!

We received a phone call when we were 2 hours away on the same day of our reservation to notify us that the pool and spa were not available and renovations were happening, not leaving us much choice to find an alternative. That said, this was a $250 hotel stay. This place is VERY run down and dated. I don't know where the pictures came from but what I saw vs. what I got were 2 different things. The staff is nice and efficient, though attention to detail when it came to our room was lacking. Not only is the pool and spa completely unavailable, there is construction being done with plastic hanging off the buildings. In addition, there were no eggs for breakfast and the ice machine is out of order. For the price, completely unacceptable. If I paid $100 maybe. This place needs to close down, finish updating and repairs, and try again. I will be contacting Best Western also.

Everything was quite nice. The price was a little much for the basic amenities. Ice machine was down, was able to get ice from the worker in the office. Upon check in i learned that the pool and hot tub was not in service and there was no time frame on when it would be open. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nearby food was great and a local bar across the street that was simple but also very welcoming. I wouldn't mind staying again.

We traveld with our grandkids so a pool was important. We only looked at hotel/motels with pools. The pool and spa were closed. According to the desk clerk the county had told them their fence was not up to code. Many construction workers were staying there too. Breakfast was limited if you ate after 7:00 am.

I staid here for over a week 12 days. They never cleaned my room once even after asking in the office 4 times. They also miss reserved me when apparently there were no rooms and the refund process was terrible. This place is nice and the rooms are clean and comfy but the staff and lack of effort on their part is crazy

The perfect overnight spot on a family trip from Portland to SF. Simple but comfortable accommodation in a very convenient location and the kids loved the pool and breakfast, but the care AFTER our stay was outstanding. Our younger child left his beloved (& very ragged) comforter buried in the bedclothes. Helen at reception and Robyn in housekeeping saved the day and organised for ‘Minty’ to be repatriated to Scotland. We’re eternally grateful for such considerate service.

The sinks in my room had hot water, but the shower did not. The area in the room with tile flooring was sticky. The room had a balcony, even though the pictures show outdoor furniture there wasn’t any - Not sure what the point is to have a balcony if you can’t enjoy it. When I checked out I told the front desk about the hot water but she didn’t even acknowledge what I said. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Nice size room, clean and new appearance. Lacking in small amenities such as hand soap (bring your own) and lotion. Shower has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We checked into our room and the location was a little sketchy. When we opened the room we were assigned the beds were mussed and there werw towels in the floor. They gave us another room after i told them the situation, but it waa very inconvenient. The ice machine was broken, but the breakfast was good.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The breakfast was excellent and the cook was friendly and super helpful(he was the best part of the stay), overall the staff kind and helpful. There were a couple things I wasn’t thrilled about. It looked like they cleaned it in a rush. Beds were sloppily made, and my infants feet were filthy after crawling on the floor, which tells me they probably didn’t mop the tile. They also only gave us two towels with the knowledge there were 5 of us staying in the room, and both towels were wet: one damp and the other pretty wet like it didn’t dry in the dryer at all. They looked clean, so I wasn’t concerned that they were used. The other thing I didn’t like was our room had a sliding glass door that was accessible from the parking lot and we woke up in the middle of the night to Vagrants hanging out by it. Not sure if they had an ulterior motive but my husband stayed up until they left. Something like that makes you not feel safe. We were only staying for one night, so we dealt.

A lovely hotel surrounded by nature.
Our room was amazing, but didn't have an elevator(something I wish I knew ahead of time as my MIL is disabled). Outside of the room was somewhat messy with some dead bugs, however it's somewhat to be expected when your surrounded by so much nature. There was a wonderful restaurant just behind the hotel, that had some delish food. Only real complaint was that we just so happened to visit during one of the hottest times of the year, and the AC didn't seem to help our room cool down that much(maybe if they installed a ceiling fan it'll help circulate the air better?).

There are so many aunts in the room. We had to kill at least 50 of them around the TV table. We were tired from traveling and just finished cleaning up, so we did not ask for another room.
