Was a great hotel, only problem is the location, its a bit far from anything, in terms of walking, but there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the local aeon shopping centre and one to the airport. Highly recommend for families. Great staff, very nice and helpful. Hotel does have a little convience store inside and a little pharamacy too, if you need anything

Shuttle bus from airport very convenient. It only takes 5 mins. There is a gift store st the hotel lobby which opens until 22:30. And there is a pharmacy… ladies can keep shopping. Dining option available at the lobby till 23:30. Room are spacious and quite.

아침 출발 비행이라 하루전 이곳에서 숙박했습니다 공항 앞이라 비행기 소리가 좀 많이 들리긴 하지만 도심에서 나리타 공항까지의 거리가 멀어서 잘 한 선택인 것 같아요 도쿄에서 이정도 가격에 4인이 들어가는 호텔 중에서는 제법 넓고 엘리베이터 바로 앞 방이라 시끄럽긴 했지만 방 바로 옆에 밴딩머신과 아이스메이커머신이 가까워서 편리했습니다

Although it’s clean, the hardwares are outdated. Pillows are thin and small. Room is small for two people. Shuttle drivers had terrible attitudes. Unrelenting 2pm check in time is outdated and not accommodating. Buffet foods are not worth the prices!

Great place for transitioning through Narita Airport whether travelling ourselves or picking up/dropping off friends. Walkable distance to terminals 2 and 3, with cheap onsite parking. Alternatively shuttle takes about 5 minutes to the airport. Rooms and amenities are excellent and staff speak English and Japanese.
