I’ll never stay here again. It was filthy disgusting, trashed floor, the facility smells horrible. Tweekers in the parking lot. I packed up my bag and left, didn’t even feel comfortable staying.

Clean comfort in Cameron park.
Front desk was accommodating and friendly. My room was very clean and smelled clean too. Only complaint I could say was not plug for bathtub, which no huge deal. I will definitely stay again.

Only thing i didnt really care for was the shower head sprays water out the neck causing water to spray the bathroom on toilet and sink and all over the floor. And our remote didnt work but they corrected the remote issue. Vending machines the drink wont take quarters at all. Other than that its pretty good.

The rooms were very dirty. (Weren’t ready or cleaned up from previous customers). We found a needle in one of the beds. It had a weird smell when you entered the room.

Front desk staff was not very nice, I was told my room was somewhere in the middle of the property. No directions to the room, got 1 key and we had 4 people. Beds were comfortable, ac was super loud, could hear everything going on in the rooms next door and across the hall.

I booked and paid for a room with a queen, I arrived at 1030 pm the day of check in, the room I received was newly remodeled and that was the only reason it was “clean”. The property was dirty and old. The bed in our room was not a queen, it was a full. The coffee maker had old left over used coffee filters in it, there were used ice trays with something green in them, and food in the freezer. I was charged a $100 deposit, on top of the room fee which has still yet to be returned. Most hotels usually hold them as pending and release the hold once you check out. the charges never go through However, this morning I found the charges for the deposit went completely through. I understand the need to put charges on hold for rooms but to actually charge someone for the deposit is ridiculous. I am so glad I was not traveling far and was relying on the 100, to get where I was going. I have no idea when I’ll get my money back. Will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Nice people great service very clean room
The people that run, the property are very friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean. I mean we’re talking about a Motel six here, but the bathroom is really clean and the room was really clean and when they were told that the TV didn’t work, they upgraded my son to a different room and it had pretty big refrigerator in it

There were cockroaches, tv didn’t work I was given multiple remotes, still didn’t work. Early morning there was drilling and what sounded like remodeling being done. They call before check out and make sure you’re checking out and will keep calling if you don’t answer.

2 staff members I came in contact with was rude. Nothing on my reservation indicated a deposit would be needed if paying with debit card. Never had to provide a deposit for a room at one of these properties before so was not prepared for that. No dining options after 10pm. Dennys next door closes at 10 pm! Had to drive 15 mins down the freeway to only find one option for late night dining.
