The hotel was decorated beautifully and all the surrounding area. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great aways, like the new furniture inthe lobby.

Property was well maintained with staff and breakfast being great But our room had a very small TV and the remote had to be replaced 3 times because they did not work on the TV. The small refrigerator was not working well - anything left on the top shelve would freeze (soda- water) and no way to adjust it. Ice machine not working on our 3 floor and soda machine not working on 2nd floor. Hotel parking lot was used by the theater next door and that made close parking to hotel difficult at night. No reserve parking for hotel guests.

Shipshewana is an Amish community. The Blue Gate Garden Inn had a quaint atmosphere while still being spacious. Plenty for adults and children to explore. It was a great experience!

A wonderful place to stay
What a wonderful hotel this is! We were there for 3 days, mostly to see a concert at the Performing Arts Center right next door. Hotel is bright with cute decor. The free breakfast buffet was great, with lots of choices. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Shipshewana is a quaint and lovely town. Had a fantastic stay and definitely want to go again.
