Cabin on the Green on Bison Ridge Golf Course

Be among the first to stay at this brand new cabin! Enjoy the gas fireplace with the flip of a switch and no mess. Vaulted wood ceilings, big windows, 65" TV, leather furniture, comfortable beds and linens, and fun board games are just a few of the highlights. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and has a beautiful white farmhouse sink, breakfast bar, wine fridge, gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. Split floorplan with the master bed/bath on one side of the house with beautiful views of the golf course, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the other side. Plush carpeting in all the bedrooms, and well appointed furniture with plenty of storage and closet space. Open the front door and the patio door to enjoy the most glorious cross-breeze with that fresh mountain air!

The neighborhood is gated and has an empty lot next to it which allows some privacy and also a place for the kids to play. Enjoy the expansive view of the golf course from the lounge chairs and patio seating on the back deck. The deck is also a perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or grill burgers in the evening. We love this cute cabin because it's clean, new, spacious, and conveniently located in the back of a culdesac with very little traffic or noise in the beautiful golf community of Bison Ridge.

SMOKING POLICY: Absolutely NO Smoking or Vaping in home or on property. These aromas are very difficult to remove, and your full deposit could be forfeited

PET GUIDELINES: Dogs are permitted with a $150 Pet Fee.

•All pets must be listed on reservation when booking

•Maximum of 3 dogs NO other pets allowed

•Must be housebroken (no puppies!)

•Dogs are not to be on furniture, beds, or any carpeted areas

•Dogs must be leashed outdoors

•Dogs must not be left alone in the property unless they are in a crate.

•Please pick up all pet waste and dispose of it. Non-compliance will incur a $100 fee from your deposit for waste removal services.

•Visitors are not allowed to bring pets

•Fine for for undisclosed/unapproved pets of $500

Gorgeous Home Close to Everything
The property was beautiful and modern. Rooms were spacious and inviting. We went to Show Low for a Ski trip, but I had just as much fun sitting by the fireplace and reading. This home is truly as advertised, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Truly it is a House on the 9th fairway of Bison Golf Course
The property manager could not have been more helpful with our concerns. However, the cleaning needs to be checked before guest arrive. We found it lacking cleanliness and we needed to washed all the dishes and glasses before we could use them. This property needs to have a landscaper come at least twice each summer month. Weeds, and pine needles need to be cleaned up because the house is in a beautiful well manacured neighborhood and it should look the same. The handyman was awesome. Quick action and knowledge of the property he made our stay so much better. The view from the patio in the back is what makes you wanting to return, however the windows need to be cleaned so that the view from inside the house is just as great as the patio view.

The pics do not do this home justice!!! It's beautiful, absolutely lovely view of the golf course. It's close to everything and anything, it was a great location! Linens were nice, beautiful finishes in the home, gorgeous fireplace in the living room. It was a great place to getaway from it all! We drank wine, sat by the fire, did puzzles & spent time stepping out of the hustle & bustle. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio & grilling too. The home itself is spacious, an open floor plan with enough space everyone could spread out. I would highly recommend this property, I can't say enough good things about our entire stay. Even the hand soap and shampoo was thoughtfully selected ! Love ! Love ! Love ! We will be back ❤️
