Not Great iverall!
Upon arrival we noticed a fence around the property that was very bent with no gate. It did not serve a purpose that we could see. We had to be buzzed in to check in for security because it was after 11 pm. The lobby had a damp smell and there were several dehumidifying devices and a wet floor sign in the lobby area. We stayed on the 2nd floor and ice was available on the 1st and 4th only. I never got any because there was no bag in our bucket. It smelled fine on our floor. The entry door seemed fine, but the safety lock was bent. The air/heat worked well and quietly. We used the fridge and TV and those were good. The King bed was comfortable, but had nubbies on the actual mattress, and had a scratchy queen fitted sheet just barely hanging on to the corners. It came off a few times and there was no mattress protector. One of the pillowcases was very frayed and tattered. The bathroom had no shower curtain on the tub surround rod. There was also water that settled in the middle of the tub. We used the extra hand towels to dry the floor after a very low pressure shower. But it was warm. There was no washcloth. Just a disposable makeup remover cloth. I did not feel like the entire bathroom was very clean. But the mirror light was partially out so the entire bathroom was dim and trim missing from the vanity. We did get a good nights sleep, but one night is all i would stay here. I am not particular, found no bug evidence, and it was late. I dont suggest it.

It was good short stay. Carpets were damp. Tub was a bit slippery. Beds were nice. Price was competitive. So all in all good.

Nice except not good lighting in bathroom, rust in tub from wet bath mat and tear in carpet. Breakfast not that great. Best part it did not have a bad odor in room and was clean.

I booked this place 4 hours before arrival. Some reason they didn’t have my booking information. So I had to call Orbits and try and fix the problem. The girl at front desk was no help and the general manager said to just book the room with them for $30 bucks a night more. I said that was not going to work! So Orbits canceled my booking and I rebooked for $16 more dollars but Orbits gave me $25 dollars credit for future booking… but the hotel people were no help. Took me about a extra hour to get checked in.

This wasn’t my first time staying at this property. Overall it’s my first choice for several reasons.Last week I literally had to wait until the attendant finished cleaning the breakfast area before she checked me out. She was well aware that I was waiting be a she acknowledged me. I actually had to go to the area were she was and asked to be checked out. This stay there wasn’t any coffee in the room other than a pod I found in the bathroom. Along with a bottle of something underneath the sink. The water doesn’t get very hot. However, I will continue to stay at the property

We had to go purchase our own towels the front desk kept telling us the towels was in the washer. The room had a strange odor. The room has bugs in the shower and in the room. The water in the sink didn't get hot.

Good value very nice room.
Very clean place, nice amenities. My reservation did not show up at first but the desk clerk quickly resolved it. The breakfast service was generally good, though I used it later and my fruit and juice was not available. It was overall a good value.

Hotel looked like it had been updated, but smelled wet like they had busted pipes. Carpet was sticky & there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was all bread items, no protein available.
