My Stay
Only thing I found I didn’t like was they charged for breakfast. I don’t mind paying for breakfast, they charged $35.75 for 2 breakfast’s that was the same thing that Hamilton Inn or LaQuanta included for free. It was nothing more than a continental breakfast.

My reservation clearly stated check in time was at 3:00 the person at the front desk refused to check me in. I was told I had to wait until 4:00. I watched other guests check in. I showed the confirmation stating a 3:00 check in and asked for a manager. I was told no manager was available. I was finally allowed to check in at 3:25 after giving up my king size reservation for a queen even though I watched 3 other guest check into a king size room after my initial request to check in.

The staff was friendly and courteous. I am thankful of their honesty. I forgot my trench coat in the closet and they held it for me until I returned. There were a very few mis-steps. My sister and I were sharing a room and she arrived first. When I arrived, the desk clerk gave me a key to a completely different room. Same last name. No harm was done as the other guests were not there. Now I have a funny story to tell for the future. My brother came in the following day (Thanksgiving) and we asked if he could have the room next to us that had a connecting door. They were able to oblige us which made the weekend much easier. I wish that the tub had a mat or was scored to prevent slipping. It was terrifying to stand in that tub for a shower every morning. The Fitness Center was wonderful. I went everyday. It was difficult to find. The desk told me that it was recently renovated and the signage had not gone up yet. However, I enjoyed using the plentiful machines, weights, and mats in the room. (My PT therapist would approve.) There were lots of electrical outlets for our phones and laptops in the room. It was difficult to get access to the internet initially. I called the front desk for help and never got anyone. I called the main office and she also could not reach the front desk. I eventually figured the problem out, but I wondered what was going on. However, kudos for recognizing the amount of electrical devices in our life now. We never used all of
