The room was very basic and plain. For a smoking room the smell in there was not overwhelming but you can still tell people had smoked in there. The front desk lady was nice she was never rude. My problem was I made two reservations for two nights each. The hotel made me three reservations, my family weren't going to show up that night until the next night so I canceled the one room for my family and I told the lady I wanted to stay two nights for me she deleted one of the two reservations the hotel made for me and then told me that they only had me for one night I spent an hour on the phone with customer service which was a waste of time nothing got done and when I got off of customer service's phone number the hotel front desk called me and told me to come back that the third reservation was not actually for me it was for a random person that they accidentally put under my name and that I had to leave or pay full price for the hotel stay. So even though I was unpacked I packed my stuff up and left.

Nicest budget friendly hotel in Bossier! You don’t have to worry about someone trying to rob you or druggies in the parking lot like all the other low cost hotels in the area. Nice work!! The manager and staff play zero games!!
