Location & price can’t be beat But difficult to find even w/directions. Arrived late & owner very nice but really no amenities other than a bed (VERY uncomfortable) & few towels. Drinking glasses & luggage rack would have been great. Sister hotel near Il Campo was very accommodating in helping us though. Nice courtyard albeit could use cleaning.
Comfortable. The location and the view is really nice though it is a little bit hard to find the hotel.
The room is clean. There is no shampoo and toothbrush, but there are body soap, towels, hairdryer.
I want to use this hotel again.
The room was on a garden with views of the countryside. It had all the necessary amenities and was quiet and comfortable

Decent B&B. Hard to find
The hotel was impossible to find. They have given me precise instructions how to find the key to enter the place but anyway they were not there. There was no sign of the name of the place. We have to ring randoms bells until we find it. The check in was unhelpful and didn't give us much information about the place. The rooms was nice, clean and fresh.
We couldn't arrive on the time we said, so unfortunately Silvia's reception was somewhat rough on us.We were extremely tired and would have expected to be welcomed.
Though, the room had good cotton beddings and the view from the window and the garden was worth everything, and then Silvia made an effort to please us and attend us.
Over all the experience was positive and I woul recomend these place.
Great location, practical, friendly and good value
The location is great (with or without a car). The room we stayed in opened up to a view of the countryside. It was comfortable and breakfast, while it had to be a few doors up worked out without a hitch at all.
We enjoyed our stay at le Camerine di Silvia. The b&b was a little outside main tourist centre. The neighbourhood was more local and warm. The view from the garden was beautiful. The only drawback was that there was no front desk or lobby where we could ask for advice or directions.

Great value
Great value, close to the old town, about 10 minutes walk, bus station 20min away, basic room and ok facilities, nothing fancy if you only need a shower and a bed

key to the outside front door did not work despi complaining and getting a second key that alsodid not work
We arrived by bus in Siena and walked towards Piazza del Campo and after a bit of a search found the Hotel Etruria and paid for our four-day (23-27 Oct) stay at Le Camerine di Silvia. Then we walked another kilometre to the guest house where we met our host and got the key for the room. It was a nice room adjacent to a lovely private garden with a garden table and chairs. The room was well equipped and had a tea kettle and facilities to make tea and coffee as well as croissants and cakes. It also had a microwave oven and a mini-fridge and so we were able to prepare breakfast and an evening meal there. It was nice to come back here after a day of sight-seeing in the old town. Siena is a beautiful town with the Duomo and fascinating museums. We were lucky to have enjoyed lovely weather while we were there.

A lovely B&B spoilt by poor customer care
Such a shame- this could have been a perfect review! A lovely room in a good location but the whole experience was spoilt for us by a lack of the basic facilities one has come to expect. The rooms were clean, but we had just one thin towel each to use for hair, body AND hands. There was just a liquid soap pump at the basin but the shower soap container was empty, two light bulbs were missing, there was no fridge as specified in the description, and no wi-fi in our room (we had to go upstairs to the reception area to get that). There was a tray with tea/coffee and sugar, but a miniscule container with a teaspoon of milk in it (but instructions from the owner not to complain!). She was conspicuous by her absence and when we visited the sister hotel in the centre of the city to go to the toilet - there was NO soap or towels at all in there. We are NOT fussy travellers but felt that overall there was a consistent attempt by the owners to cut costs wherever possible, which took the edge off our enjoyment. By contrast, the hotel we stayed in in Bologna was lovely - 3 towels each, all the facilities you could want - breakfast included -, plus they printed off my next itinerary for me! And they were cheaper!
The B&B was clean and in a great location. Christina was wonderful and very helpful with reservations and recommendations. Would highly recommend.
Looking forward to staying there in the future.
Hotel was intimate and comfortable. Silvia was friendly and helpful in finding our way around Siena. The view from the window was pretty. Room was well-provided and Silvia had an arrangement for breakfast with a neighboring business. The house was located relatively close to our parking (no parking for non-residents inside the city walls) and gave us a good location from which to explore our surroundings.

just a room in Siena
Well located but its just a room. No hotel facilities. Good price. Parking free and close by.
Nice room, very clean, very secure and safe. Beautiful landscaping and nice views. Walking distance to the central part of the city. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
"Hotel" was quite hard to find. In fact it is an apartment which has 3 rooms available. Very small and no air conditioning. Owner said she sent us an email with directions which we never recd'.In fact, did not see her the first day and had to look for her to pay when we were checking out. Picture of room taken with a wide angle lense and the view is overstated. Decent location...
Room was very nice and proprietors are very accommodating. Nicest pillows and shower during entire stay in Italy. Unfortunately, our room faced the street and was very noisy. I would stay here again and ask for a garden view.

Great location
Great location, needs improved maintenance and decor updating. Staff nice and provided town map with nice places to eat and visit. Good budget place and warm in winter!
Good location - within centro storico area and 5-10 minutes walk from major attractions. Free car parking 5-10 minutes away. Owners were friendly and helpful. breakfast was sparse. Pleasant outdoor area with wonderful view. Overall I would rate very good.
