Room needs to be more clean
Two wash clothes left hanging in shower curtain guess the staff missed them when cleaning. Bathroom was 3.5 out 5 of cleanliness needs improvement. Over all good stay.

The elevator was down so we had to walk from the 4th floor. Also when we arrived we could not get in our room because the lock was not charged. It was a bad experience.

Every time we come to visit family, we choose this hotel. The last couple of times we have not had our dogs but even when we have them, the staff is amazing and sweet with them! We are always welcome to bring them and not feel like we are being judged (they are bigger and intimidating but sweet dogs). The staff is unbelievably nice and helpful. The breakfast is always great too - the lady keeping in charge is very sweet as well (I keep forgetting to ask her name). We won’t stay anywhere else!!

On our stay at this location on 05/03/2024, we found the bathroom was not clean. The bathroom floor was sticky and the toilet was dirty. I mentioned it to the night staff with no results. I therefore went to the store and got toilet brush and disinfectant. I got back and cleaned the toilet and the bathroom floor. Additionally, the A/C unit and controls were terrible. we could not get the room below 70*F and it did not matter what we set the controls on, our room was hot all night. As we were very tired, we went to bed. Upon checking out, I explained to the front desk person our situation and she immediately apologized for what we had to deal with last night. This woman needs to be given an award or a raise as she truly knows what Customer Service is and should be. She went out of her way to make us feel better and that Someone Really Cared. This is one person that corporate needs to know about, her name is: Rene Sutton. She Truly Loves Her Job and made us feel so much better. Thanks for reading my review. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. We reserved 3 rooms for family and the two that I went into were filthy. The tile floors were sticky so I cleaned them with two different hand towels that both turned black. The shower in my own room was full of various types of hair as well. I don’t even want to think about what else could be in the rooms. Yuck!
