We liked the fact that there was a nice small couch, coffee table and desk. The room was clean and modern. The king bed faced the window which we liked. We will definitely stay there again when we visit. The staff was nice and accommodating. ( side note, if the bar/lounge was playing up beat music we would have had a drink. NO music or ambiance. No customers there either)

We could never get the air conditioner to cool the room properly. A free continental breakfast would be nice for the price we paid for the room. The breakfast that is offered is very pricey. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

General Manager Atefeh Kamankesh, was pleasant accomodating us for our needs. Receptionist on July 17, 2024, was not as pleasant as other ladies. Atefeh apologize and that made our stay at hotel pleasant.

We had a nice room not the worst and not the best but middle of the road decent. Our biggest complaint would be trying to watch a movie and it kept freezing and was struggling to load the whole time. Very frustrating!

No more handicap rooms without asking 1st please
The receptionist put in in a handicap room and had I not been so exhausted I would have gone back down to change it. She should have notified me of the type of room.

Loved the convenience, pool, jacuzzi. Only downside was the trash cans are so small in the rooms and the room is only cleaned every other day so had no where to put our trash
