Convenient suite, with kitchenette, well equipped. Clean room with comfy beds, a partial ocean view, plus good balcony view of courtyard and pool. We loved the beach front and Palm Beach Shores location! The staff at the desk, especially Lori; gentlemen at the door and valet service, beach attendants and especially ChaCha in the giftshop were really all friendly and good to chat with. Even though there was an incident with a fire and power beingbturned off in the facility while we were staying there, we were treated with courtesy, and I got the sense that staff genuinely care and are dedicated to the work that they do. Thankfully, no one was reported injured and we returned to our room a few hours later without issue. Housekeeping is professional and considerate, we had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door often, and the housekeeper when we saw her in passing, still did ask us if we needed any clean towels or linen changes anyhow, which is to be expected but still good to see her check in with us. We enjoyed the Islander Grill restaurant very much, steak, seafood and New York style pizza all very satisfying, plus live music and entertainment are memorable reasons to return.We hope to be back in the future. Thanks!

We checked in around 1130 p.m. the parking lot was empty and the valet didnt show up until after we were checked in then he was very.pushy about getting the keys of both cars. Also, the night agent Tiffany, was rude and never smiled and when I asked if we could move to a higher room she no. prepaid on Expedia so the room was not assigned until we got there but she said the room was assigned and there was no way we could move. We took the room and when we got up to the room it smelled like sewage, but i thought it might be the bathroom so since it wasnt that bad and we were exhausted we let it go. Then we went into the bedroom and when I took off my shoes to get into bed the floor was soaking wet. I did not call down to Tiffany because since she said we couldnt move I didnt want the maintenance people to come in and try drying out the floor because it was already 1230am. The next morning i came down and spoke with the manager Nino. He stated there was no compensation he could do for the problem and blamed me because I didnt call. He said Tiffany would have moved us...doubt that since she said my room was already assigned. Finally when we checked out after I spoke with Nino I asked him since they charged me separately for the parking would he refund me for that. It was only ten bucksbut he said no. The staff was friendly and the facilities were very clean. Short walk to the beach from the resort. Short drive to Jupiter, Clematis, and Palm Beach for attractions and entertainment. Looking forward to my next trip back there.

Kitchen had issues (343). Cabinet door kept falling off, microwave trim keep falling off plus microwave didn't work, frying pan terrible and towel bar in bath fell off. We were at beach so enjoyed our stay.. things happen 😃
