Stressful!! I had booked a room with 2 double beds and when I called they said that they didnt have any rooms left with 2 double beds. So they gave my room to someone else....they wanted to give me a room with 1 bed and 1 sofa couch. Who wants to sleep on a couch?? They told me to call another hotel and see if they had rooms then they would call and get me a room. I called the other hotel and they only had 1 room left. I called Stoney Creek back to give them the information and contact person. Stoney Creek then called me and said that they really couldn't get me a room since they still had rooms available at the hotel. However, they did not have my room available. The situation was awful with horrible customer service. We have stayed several times at Stoney Creek but will not be in the future! Very stressful!!

First time visitors

Room was nice. A couple of small issues but no big deal. Kids running up and down the hall but you'll have that. Poor parenting... no fault of the hotel. Most of the staff was friendly ..a couple not so much. Breakfast was good and they kept things full. Would stay again.

Hotel was amazing. Wish they would have had vending machines on each floor but they did have a gift area with plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from.

This was a pretty cool hotel with a great breakfast. Only issues i had and its really not that big of a deal. Just something to point out. There is a $25 pet non refundable deposit that i saw nothing about after they say the property is pet friendly.
