I love that there is no carpet in the rooms. That helps keep bed bugs to a minimum. Our room only had one small bath towel per person and we had to ask for more towels. The staff was great at getting us more towels. My boyfriend and myself did not like the super soft and squishy pillows. We both like a bit firmer pillows especially when you want to situp in bed and watch tv or read. The hallway had a weird smell the whole time. Maybe its the cleaner that is used? Its not super strong and we didn't smell it in our room, but it is definitely noticeable in the hallway. I wish the snack shop was fully stocked and the items matched the price list, but i am thankful there was snacks available to purchase as i was having a small issue with my sugar and needed something to eat late at night. Overall, it was good stay and we will stay again.

Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. I had to ask for the hallway and elevator to be cleaned as it looked like they had not been taken care of for a while.

We lived our stay here. The only issue was when we checked in, it took about a half hour due to staff not finding the stay even with the itinerary and receipt I had. It wasn’t found until they figured that they were looking at the wrong date. Other than that it was very pleasant.
