Beautiful room and amenities. The spa was fantastic. Hairdryer didn’t work and when we called the font desk they said they didn’t have any staff to bring a replacement to us that we could come and get it. Not very service friendly or helpful when you have wet hair and have to walk outside:(

We had a beautiful cabin with a fabulous deep soaking tub and a wonderful shower. Bed was comfy. Property is beautiful with the cutest pond and little waterfall. We had a great bike ride with their complimentary bikes. They have complementary beer & wine in the evening (have the beer) Staff was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful dinner at The Open Door (Highly recommend! )

We'll be back, with friends and relatives
The room/cabin was perfectly clean. linens and bathroom were clean. Nice in room hot pot and coffee set up. Breakfast was also very good with good offerings. Complimentary wine/beer in the afternoon was also very nice. Beautiful setting. New bakery in town was also VERYgood.

Our 2nd visit here and it was as great as the first time. Staff are friendly and helpful and the room was great to relax in. The whole area just allows you to chill and enjoy the place. The town is also great to mooch around and pick up a coffee at Sisters coffee house

If you're looking for a clean, peaceful stay this is a lovely option. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the property is elevated, rustic, and quiet. You can enjoy a cup of French Press coffee in the room in the morning too. I will absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Lodge & Spa. We stayed at the main lodge and not a cabin. We we're surprised how quiet it was and how convenient it was to walk to the pool or the parking lot. Patio was nice and bed was comfortable. The gym was well maintained. Definitely coming back to this location.

Loved the special "Romance Cabin"..!!! The amenities were very nice. Loved the large bathroom and shower..!!! Enjoyed sitting out back, and even saw a large deer walk past our windows.(Yay)...!!! The only difficulty was figuring out the French Press coffee maker, as neither of us had ever used one before. But after going over the instructions a couple of times, we figured it out..???

This was a very relaxing stay for us. We live and work in the Willamette Valley. We usually vacation in Lincoln County or the Wallowas, but we wanted a change. This definitely was a great change of scene with interesting local shops and readily available hikes and drives—not to mention Bend. Rooms were surprisingly luxurious and well-appointed. The bath—water coming down from ceiling—was particularly gorgeous, but it took a minute to figure out how to drain it. Breakfast is recommended. The little outside nook is really peaceful with the Ponderosa Pines above and bird conversations all about. Their granola is also delicious. One recommended side trip if you’re in to short hikes, is to drive about fifteen or twenty miles to the east and visit the headwaters of the Metolius River. It’s a pretty area and a very easy hike. About the only sort of negative I can recall, is confusion about the nightly deposit. I failed to understand for some reason that it was a deposit and thought the price was higher than expected. Not a big deal and probably the fault of my hearing.
