The hotel and front desk was fine but the dining experience was awful. I showed up for dinner at 7:20 pm. It said wait to be seated so I waited patiently. At least 4 staff saw me standing there but no one acknowledged me for 10 minutes. Finally someone came to me. I said I was alone so she directed me to the bar. I sat on the bar stool for 10 more minutes before someone finally gave me a menue. After I placed my order for a beet salad and chicken supreme I waited another 30 minutes before someone remembered that I ordered the salad. All this time there were at least 4 or 5 staff milling about and only 3 tables being served and 4 patrons at the bar. I was temped to leave and go to McDonald’s but as I had given my order I stayed. You have a lovely hotel but if the service is crap people will not stay there. I gave my feedback to the front desk when I checked out as the manager was unavailable, even though I had asked to speak to the manager the night before. I had an appointment with the manager for 10 am. If you have leased the food services to an operator you need to speak to them as their lack of service will reflect poorly on your hotel. If the hotel manages the food services, hospitality training is required, starting with the manager as they are not doing their job well. I give this feedback for your benefit as I do not plan to use this hotel ever again. As it is I decided not to have breakfast at your hotel given the very poor service the night before.

The service wasn’t as good as previous stays. They have a text messaging service so that you can make room service or other requests. We sent messages through there a couple times. No one responded. Had to go to front desk. The jets in the hot tub were not working and only one outdoor hot tub was open. Overall, it was an okay stay. But for the price, wasn’t the best service as we’ve experienced many times before.

We stayed in a two room suite it was o accommodating and well appointed to any in it that you would do at home. Cook clean,wash, clothes, bbq, separate rooms and tons of space if you were staying for a day or week. Pool was amazing and it was oh so quiet. Highly recommend and will return again

Our experience at the Copper point Hotel was exceptional. The rooms are clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff are wonderful and the restaurant food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great Getaway with all the Comforts of Home
It is such a great place, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, gym, tennis courts. We had a suite that was incredible: dishwasher, barbecue, full kitchen with stove/oven, dishes, pots and pans, balcony, barbecue, two bathrooms, TV’s, robes, anything you could possibly want. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
