My husband and I had a 3-night stay here for our 44th anniversary. I can say without hesitation that the employees here are the resort’s greatest asset.
We were greeted at check-in by Bella and the check-in process was efficient and pleasant. Up to our room to discover that it did not have a fireplace as we had hoped. Back down to sweet Bella who willingly changed us to another room. That room was not to our liking and she offered us another, the only other room with a fireplace. We found it very small so back to the long-suffering, saintly Bella who found us a larger room, albeit with no fireplace. This room was very satisfactory and Bella didn’t have to deal with us again. (What can I say, she’s an angel).
We enjoyed the beautiful Mission building and our room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. I would suggest a better grade of toilet paper and Kleenex, however. There is a Keurig coffee maker and a mini fridge with 2 complimentary bottles of water. There are robes provided. There is only one easy chair other than the desk chair so one of us had to sit on the bed to read. It would be nice if there was an electric kettle and a tea pot provided.
We had breakfast each morning in the Numa restaurant and dinner one evening in Numa Lounge. Our anniversary dinner was excellent. We were given a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. The food was very good at breakfast.
We would recommend this resort and will definitely come back.
