Our stay was less than enjoyable. I am very disappointed with the non working hot tub, green pool, ac not working in half the room, hole in ceiling that bugs live in, wrinkled rug that I tripped on and pretty sure I broke my toe.

This is an older hotel but it’s updated, clean and the bed was very comfortable! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had live music in the lounge and the food was good. Being perched atop a hill, the view from my balcony was wonderful!

There were only 2 towels and no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, we had to call to get them. The TV's were too small. There were no sheets for the fold out couch. Again we had to call to get them. I feel that the place has gone down hill in thr last few years. We have stayed many ti ex over the last 10 years and it needs upgrading. Put some money into this place.

Horrible resort stay
My trip to this “resort” was less than enjoyable. The pool was green and the hot tub was out of service. This is huge for me as we specifically seek hotels with hot tubs for my back. The carpet in the room was not stretched tight and had wrinkles in it. I got up Sunday morning and tripped on one of the wrinkles and it bent my toe back, pretty sure it is broken. The volume on the tv had to be turned up to 99 to even be able to hear it and you had to be inches away from it to change the channel. Had to get out of bed every time I wanted to change the channel was very frustrating. The AC on blew in the guest room area. Didn’t realize that on night one and I kept turning down the AC cause I was hot and my daughter the next morning told me she froze all night. My husband checked and no air comes out the vent in the bedroom. There was a hole in the ceiling that bugs kept coming out of that grossed me out the entire trip. The only good thing about our stay was the bed, it was very comfortable. I was so frustrated the entire visit with our room. I can’t imagine I will ever be back.

Overall, the value and location were very good. The entire restaurant was reserved during our stay, so we were not able to sit at a table. We ordered from the bar, but the staff was busy and lacking customer service skills. The checkout staff claimed they were new and did not know how to apply the $12 VIP food and beverage credit for our stay.
