10/10 would come back again. Our room was spacious and clean. Lots of restaurants nearby and activities to do. Valet service was great and staff was personable and laidback. I can tell they still have The Ritz-Carlton hospitality ethics which is why the stay was so great!

The room was left dirty, I expected better.
The place was beautiful and staff very helpful and observant. First impressions are everything and I paid for a king sized room. When i entered, there was garbage left, empty water bottle on the floor and dirty bandaid in the bathroom. The tv also did not work well, the outlet kept disconnecting. Beautify does not take away cleanliness. With the amount of money I paid i expected better.

Outstanding service from the front desk team and Daniel in spa gives the best facial. Im back in less than two months. The red horse restaurant food is delicious and the staff is great. Must have the bacon its the best bacon ive ever had. Lol

We paid for the executive suite and check in should have been at 3pm and we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready..when you pay that price for a hotel room it should be ready by check in. It made us late for our plans that evening as we were celebrating our anniversary. So slightly disappointed.

Decent but Had Issues
Check-in agent was very nice. Server in the lobby bar, also very nice. Pool heater doesn’t work, it has been broken for several weeks and that is something that should be said ahead of time. Pool is totally freezing. One room service order never came, they said it “wasn’t put in” and no recovery was offered. Room was not ready until 4 for a 3pm check in.

I ordered an Amazon package that was delivered to the property and marked as received by reception. They told me they would check the cameras and call me back. They never did. My expensive shoe order was conveniently misplaced and no one bothered. I am a business travel with an office in White Plains. I will never return due to what is either dishonesty or lack of follow through.
