Ants in the room. Door looks like it had been repaired after previously being kicked in (broken off hinges). Toilet was filthy and ice machine pretty non-functional. Bed was comfortable, however and bedding appeared to be clean.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The shower and bed were very good. Unfortunately the room smelled heavily of state cigarette smoke. It is a strict no smoking hotel but obviously has never been cleaned to seem so. They should think about getting an ozone machine to rid the smoke smell. We have used one in our Airbnb and it worked… got rid of the odor after a guest smoked heavily during a 10 day stay.

I booked for 3 days and left 2 full days early. So they kept the 2 days extra money, and then went ahead and kept my $50 deposit without any explanation whatsoever. There was no reason for them to keep my deposit; I did not cause any damage to the room nor did I take any towels or anything like that. Can't believe they'd swindle me out of my deposit when they were already getting 2 days' stay worth of extra money.

It was comfortable we had Acess to quite a few stores and Resturant’s. It was affordable considering it was short notice. We came to town for a graduation celebration of our niece. Young lady that checked us in was rude. Went to our room the carpet was dirty not vacuum and bathroom was nasty had mold in the toilet and in the sink. Young lady told us that it wasn’t another room to put us in. I went to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room.
