We had bugs in the hotel room and we did not receive make up service afgter our first stay, even though I told them we were gone and to clean up room. We came home late after fgootball game and the beds were not made in rooms, no clean towels, and had bugs on the ceiling. We will request to you a refund for all or part of the payments for 2 rooms for two nights

The Staff and Service were top notch. Hotel its self could definitely use some work. The room was acceptable level clean but is definitely in need of modernization. All in All if youre looking for a place to stay for a ND game a couple nights you could do worse than here. I'd stay here again

Ok but not great
Let me start by saying the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was decent and the beds were clean and relatively comfortable. Those are the positives. The negatives - this hotel is in need of repair/updating - badly. Carpet is gross, the paper room numbers are comical, and it was noisy af. Doors slamming and noise in the hall all night. The biggest issue for me though is the price. I assume its proximity to ND allows them to charge this much (and there was a playoff game that wasn’t set until after I booked). But for this price, I would except zero negatives. Check the price carefully before you book - this was probably 2-3 times more than what a hotel of this quality should cost.

We had to call the hotel number when we arrived because there was no one at the desk. A woman showed up to answer the phone - which just rang and rang. Anyway she shoes up with an armload of towels and tells us she is the only one there. I felt like we were annoying her. She gave us our rooms, we had two, and they were on opposite sides of the hotel. All the room numbers are paper print outs. The one elevator gets stuck on floor two. The worst of it though is that they are remodeling and there is dust EVERYWHERE. We were able to write "Wash Me" on our mirror, you know, like poeple do on filthy cars. I would never go back to this hotel.

If the beds were comfortable I would rate 4-4.5. Most important aspect for me, when traveling, is a good night sleep. Old King mattress was bad. And the sofa pull out mattress, my son "slept" on was unacceptably uncomfortable, unless you enjoy sleeping on bed springs with no padding. I like the upgrades you are doing to the property, but for goodness sake, upgrade the mattresses asap! Good breakfast and very friendly staff.
