I accepted to be greed and given information about the hotel but I was given the key to the room direction to get there. In the room clean but needs updates. In the bathroom when someone else flashes the toilet it feels like the whole is falling g apart . Getting ready to go the the pool only to find out it’s close. Not a great experience, breakfast ok

Good deal for a comfy night
Super friendly with excellent upkeep in aging facility. Very comfortable for good night’s sleep quick off the highway with a nice large breakfast waiting and friendly staff. Will return!

After a long day of driving, all we wanted to do was use the pool and relax in the room. I checked in and was told, our elevator is out and we don't have any rooms on that side of the building. Nothing under the 2nd floor. We had so much to bring in the hotel room so my father had to get the luggage cart and run it outside then get the elevator on the even side of the hotel and push it all the way to the odd side. We got settled and ready for the pool only to find out that it was out of service. I was really disappointed in our 1 night stay.

My expedia reservation was with the Hampton Inn and there was no notice provided of the ownership change. The hotel was clearly still in transition and not completely ready for guests. Room and hallways were not cleaned well; closet door in room was missing; room A/C was very loud.

The entire reason I searched for a hotel w pool is so my daughter could swim after we toured campus. Nooo mention of their pool being closed online. Terrible. So sad and disappointed and should not pay for something we did not receive. :(
