Terrible hotel, do not stay here!

After 12 hrs of driving to get home from our family vacation, I checked us into this hotel and was met with a terrible odor in the main lobby area and some sketchy people in the lobby. The elevator was rickety and there were bags of trash outside other rooms. In the room one of the beds had sheets with a hole/tear in them and was missing the cushion in the bay window which was supposed to be where our 3rd child was to sleep for the night. We asked the front desk for additional pillows and bedding to have that child sleep on the floor between the beds and the bedding was dingy looking and stained. The walls were dirty throughout the room and bathroom. Then when I was helping my son get his shower set up, I removed the shower bench and found pink and brown mildew and filth under the bench that I cleaned up myself. When I turned on the hand held shower head, the water just trickled down the handle and would not spray out. We all needed to shower before bed so that was not acceptable. When I called the front desk about the shower and asked for a different room, we were informed this was the last room available. So we left and asked for full refund. I have never left a hotel before, so I feel like I'm pretty easy going, but this one was bad. I cannot understand how this hotel had the ratings that it had on this site. Hotels.com did call them after and they were able to give us a full refund with the hotels permission so that was good at least. Worst hotel ever!

Everything was great! I thought there was a gym area but I didn’t see one. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. The location is very convenient. The front desk evening staff was very nice and very helpful with recommendations for dining options.

Room was not clean. Floor looked like our been cleaned in years. Bathroom was dirty. There was hair in the sink, tub had stuff in it that we had to rinse away before getting in. As soon as we walked in it had a terrible smell. Will not stay here again.

The tub and toilet was backed up! There was a big metal bar that stuck out of under one of the beds me and couple of my children kept hurting are selves on!

Great price for this hotel, but it's very tired, dirty, and not appealing. Breakfast had nearly 0 hot items. Coffee was blah. Worst of all was the dirtiness of the floors and sheets were stained. Finally, the room was advertised as sleeping 5, but there was no 5th place to sleep - no roll-out, no couch, etc.

Quiet place for a quick weekend trip. Room was good and clean. good bed. Only problem was that 2 room lights did not work, and it took them a day to replace just one bulb. The other they never fixed.

The experience was satisfactory, albeit with several inconveniences. Notably, the elevator malfunctioned, trapping an individual inside. Additionally, our key card failed to function. Furthermore, when I sought assistance, the manager expressed annoyance at having to ascend the stairs to open the door for us.

Dated noisy AC & fridge

Very dated. Fridge & AC were so loud it was difficult to sleep. The staff did offer us a different room but same issue. It was no quieter than our room 310.

Several people in the parking lots were smoking marijuana, which made us a bit uncomfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and professional, but there was a woman sitting on the couch who seemed to either work there or know the man working. She was strange and unfriendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, the price was great, and it was convenient to the interstate.

We only needed this hotel for a night while traveling home from a long distance wedding. It was the best deal and it was really clean. The front desk had a gentleman named Robert and he was quite helpful when one of our rooms had no air conditioning. He was quite efficient. Breakfast was ok. I usually dont eat so I am not a very good judge of the offerings. Someone else mentioned they did not have much as far as warm foods, just potatoes, no eggs or meat. I would stop here again.
