Multiple people complained to staff as well as people in our party having problems finding an ice machine that worked. Landline phones in room plugged into wall and everything, didnt work at all. Pressure of water for sinks and shower were very little. Seemed like it had problems getting hot sometimes. Tubs were dirty. Very little lighting in rooms with no natural lighting. Not enough seating in the rooms only one roly chair. Tvs are kinda outdated. Room card got turned off 2 hours before checkout. Not even the worst, the worst was an entire group of kids playing hockey, skiball, whatever. Playing in the hallway the entire weekend. All day, all night. Until 3 am. Told front desk. Parents knew about it. Was gonna call the cops, but didnt wanna be a karen! Raise your kids to have manners. The parents werent, leading to the kids not.

The bathrooms are really outdated. Hot water didn’t get hot unless you ran the water for at least 5 minutes or more. Shower/tub - I wouldn’t sit down in it that’s for sure. Beds to me were comfortable but not my husband.

Good stay, there were some things that could improve but it definitely was a good stay. When we arrived the toilet seat had some pee drips on it, the pillows weren’t very comfortable, and the room key stopped working an hour before check out time. However, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, parking situation was decent, plenty of places to get coffee and food nearby.

When we checked in, our bathroom wasn’t clean. There was dirty towels left in a pile on the floor by the tub. The floor mat was over the tub and had brown dirty on it. There was only 2 clean towels in the room for us. The next day room service never cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels or toilet paper. Our garbage can wasn’t emptied. The girl at the desk was very nice but they had no one else working so we had to go pick it up at the front desk ourselves. The air conditioner/heater was so loud that every time it turned on, it would wake us up. The room smelled of mold, probably because the bathroom didn’t have a fan. Also the tub didn’t drain. The overall hotel was very run down. We were overcharged for the rooms that we received due to it being a football weekend. We wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was friendly and nice. The room wasn’t filthy but could have been cleaned better. Looked like there was coffee spilled on the wall by the sink and the fridge was sticky. The indoor pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to use it.
