I’m giving it two stars solely on the facility and amenities. I switched rooms when I arrived and left my keys in the previous room. I realized the next day and the front desk informed me that if any keys were found by house keeping they will return them to the security booth in the casino area. This was at 430pm the following day of me leaving my keys. That whole day they never returned my keys. I went back and forth from the front desk to the security booth and they kept telling me they did not receive my keys. I was in town for an event and I was unable to make it because they never acknowledged that they in fact were in possession of my car keys. The next day, the day of my check out, the first shift front desk manager informed me that she did in fact turned my keys over to security the previous morning and they were in possession of my keys for a full day after I ask for my keys that entire day. They finally logged my property in with security at 9:18pm the day they were turned in by house keeping and no one informed me of this after I asked several times throughout the evening. I travelled all the way from Georgia to West Virginia for nothing. They didn’t care nor did they act like they had any sense of urgency to help me. I was stuck without my vehicle for the entire day and missed the event I travelled there to attend. The second shift front desk manager and staff are lazy and unconcerned. I will definitely complain to corporate because this is beyond unacceptable
