We had a gray experience. The location wasn't too bad but not really close to anything. Ouk key stopped working and they fixed it quickly. The staff was all helpful and friendly

Staff at desk needs to upgrade communication. Presently they only answer your questions. They don’t give more than that. Example. It’s 11:45. Can I get a ride to the airport? Yea they leave at noon. They don’t tell you go ahead and board so you can wait for takeoff.

Yuck!
Terrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived there were people everywhere with two people behind the counter. One leaning over on her elbows across the counter placing a food order for herself and the other helping a guest in front of us. The photos of the hotel do not look anything like the actual hotel. The photos have an indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was the main reason I picked the hotel. We were informed that the hotel hadn't had a working hot tub for some time. The space was filthy. Even at 3 am when we were checking out there was still trash on the tables from the night before. Carpets we heavily soiled and the sheets felt like sandpaper. The only positive was the shuttle service to the airport. The shuttle driver was very informative.

I picked this hotel based on budget and location. We waited for almost an hour for the shuttle and the hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport. We essentially loaded and unloaded our luggage. Upon leaving, we were told the shuttle ran every 39 minutes, and it did not. Staff was unhelpful,close to rude.

This place was easy to get from the airport by shuttle. Shuttle service was well organized and the front desk picked up the phone when needed. Clean rooms.

Disappointing stay
The pool was closed by order of the City of Revere. I was traveling with children, so the pool closure was a huge disappointment. There was also peeling wallpaper in various places on the first level.

The check in attendant was not very professional. The shuttle driver on the evening of 11/10/24 was bordering on rude though I’m sure he thought he was being funny. We also had to wait a long time for the pick up. And several passengers called and got different responses.

The Hampton Inn staff was very helpful and supportive, unfortunely they were unable to fix our TV situation. Upon arrival, the TV was not working, me and my guest wanted the abilty to relax and watch College football. The tech changed out the TV in minutes and it worked. Minutes later it stopped working and the Tech never came back, which left us in for the evening with no TV.

The location is close to Logan Airport and hotel provides free shuttle to airport. The free breakfast is average, not to rant and rave about. The staff had problems with key cards not working but resolved by issuing one card per room. For Boston area, proximity to airport is a plus but I believe it is a tad bit expensive… a place to hang your hat for a night so that you can get to airport on time.
