First, the reception desk staff were all excellent and friendly. I was given great recommendations upon check in. I did ask for a later check out the next day, and got the okay upon check in, but that was not recorded. The accessibility around the property, from the back parking lot, around the walks, ramps, corridors and into the room was tight. The bathroom sink was way too high and there was no place to put anything in there. I was on the street side and it was noisy. The housekeeper that morning was the loudest I have ever experienced. They must have been mad at someone because they managed to slam every possible thing for hours. There was no way you could sleep with that going on. If you have a lot of baggage, it’s going to be a pain to maneuver in this hotel and through the property. I will not return to this hotel.

Property was very clean, smelled good and the stuff was oh so friendly. My only issue was the tv in my room wad showing blue. Every channel was blue and it made watching tv very uncomfortable. I was only there for one night, but I notified the front desk. All in all, my stay was a very good one!

I like the proximity to Yale's campus. I did not like the following issues: -Loud construction noise and limited access to the lobby during our stay with no forewarning. -Lack of hot water in my room, necessitating 5 visits from engineering to remedy the problem. -No phone in my room- escalated 3xs- still no phone in the room
