A very nice Dining room, excellent service and the Meals were very Good, also. Double bedroom on 2nd Floor was Very good, warm and very comfortable Bed, too.

2 night stay, arriving on a Sunday early evening, check in was great, lovely staff, advised us that there were free canapés for guests at 6.45, we had a wonderful meal in the restaurant, there was a choice of roast or other items off the menu. Our room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast in the morning had a good choice of cold buffet style items and also you could order hot food from the breakfast menu. There was a friendly bar area for the evenings and a nice outside seating area too. All in all a lovely stay.

Not our first stay at The Swan and it certainly won’t be the last. It’s classy personified. Understated brilliance. Southwold is beautiful as ever. Breakfast is exceptional 👌

Perfect onsite parking directly outside the hotel. 5mins walk to the beach and other attractions, shops, arcades etc. Old building with dated decor, carpets and rooms. Still had everything needed to have an enjoyable stay, fridge, microwave and kettle in room. A lift in main reception which I used to take my luggage up to 3rd floor. At £35 a night, I will definitely be booking again. Very pleasant front of house staff 😊

Staff friendly and helpful, the room we were given was an upgrade on what we had booked, room was clean and bed was very comfortable with good mattress that allowed me to move without waking my wife.
