Our room had a very bad mold smell. We wanted to move to another room but they stated they don’t have any and can’t do anything about it. Still trying to get a refund with no luck. The whole building had a bad smell.

Checked in at 3pm after traveling 8 hrs. We go to our room and our keys didnt work. I went down and had them fix it. When i got to my room there were not any towels. After driving i wanted to just shower. I went back to the front desk and they said they would bring them up. I waited till 5:30 and still no towels I went back down to the front desk and i was told they were still not done. By this time i am getting a little impatient. I then asked if they had a pool towel i coulg get. Abby went and looked she found 2. There was another gentleman needing 3 Towels so we each got 1. After getting back to my room and showered, the phone rang and it was Abby from the front desk. She had found a clean towel and said she was bringing it up to us because she wasn't sure when Towels were going to be done. Thanks to Abby wew were able to shower. We also had a barking dog next to us and our room smelled like wet dog.

I have stayed in numerous Hilton properties. Probably around 60 to 70 in the last 10 years. This was by far one of the worst. The elevator needs repairs to the cosmetic part (hand rail loose, cracked tile, etc.). The ceiling in our room appeared to have black looking mold on the ceiling. The breakfast this morning was really bad. We went to get it about 830 and they had run out of potatoes and sausage. They had 1 or 2 omelets. I had to settle for a bagel that was still somewhat frozen.

Disgusting
The only positive about this hotel is it is dog friendly. The whole hotel, including the room has a horrible smell of pee , mold and cigarette. The room was filthy. please see attached for the chair. Also I had to pay 50.00 per fee but I paid the full amount with all taxes and fees included and never did it say about the pet fee.
