You get what you pay for.
The bed was extremely wobbly side to side. The only heat source was a wall mounted ac/heater and it was extremely loud. The window faced a main road and a lot of road noise comes through the window. Went to take a shower in the morning and there was black hair on the walls. As soon as water hit the bottom of the tub it turned into a slip and slide. I walked away for a minute to let the water heat up and when I got back there was three inches of water in the tub. I thought that the drain was closed but no… the drain was completely clogged with hair. I had to use the drain plug to remove the hair so I could take a shower with out being in ankle deep water. Probably won’t be back.

Found roaches in room floors were unvacumed no lock on sliding door to balcony from room pool and fitness room not available. Not impressed when i could have paid just 30 dollars more a night and haf a 4 star hotel...

Management tried to withhold my deposit because I cleaned up a soda I spilled with a hand towel provided by the hotel. The claimed it was property damage.

The staff listened to my request for a quiet room. Unfortunately my shower was luke warm at best. I take very quick showers so it was not that I spent a lot of time showering.

My employee stayed one night and checked out the next day. He felt unsafe, was unable to sleep because the of the questionable environment and constant loud comings and goings in and around the property. I have reached out to the property general manager on several occasions for a partial refund and have yet to receive a response. This is hands down the worst place I have ever reserved.
