It was a quick in and out. Asked for a late check out and was given one immediately. Wicked friendly front desk people. Breakfast was a bit pricey, though. Opted to eat at an I Hop. Cost just the same. Oh well - live and learn.
This is the first time I’ve ever stayed in a hotel that is adjacent to a large airport where they didn’t have a van to the airport - all other hotels in Providence seem to accommodate some means of transportation for their clientele, but not Hilton!

All staff were warm and friendly, and they went out of their way to help our large and boisterous family group. The location was perfectly situated for travel to spots in western and southern Rhode Island. The front dining area was perfect for breakfast, and the adjacent Iron Works restaurant was top notch.
Breakfast- way too expensive and should be included in the room. Also, last time i stayed in hilton garden inn there was no water for coffee. This time there were waters and hgi was charging $3 per bottle
