We stayed 4 nights and this is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed at. The staff is excellent, the room and amenities were very nice. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. This is 2 nd time we have stayed here in the past 2 years and both times were great. We will always choose this hotel for our Springfield stays if available. We travel over 8 hours from home to get there and we always enjoy the area and our stay at this hotel.

We booked the suite and it was a really reasonable price. It had 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy plus all the traditional continental breakfast options (waffles, fruit, cereal, pastries and toast). Room was very neat and clean. My only "complaint" was with so much bed space, we expected extra toilet paper, towels and washcloths in the room but nothing a quick run down to the front desk didnt resolve. Again, the staff was very frienly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Musty smell in the room. I picked up some Febreze and all was good. They have the door cards that you insert the door card. After trying 5 or more cards they got one that worked.

unable to get 2 blankets, you can see the hall light inside the room when the door was closed. NOT safe if there is a fire. Check in was easy and Michelle at front desk was VERY friendly and accomodating. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was somewhat dated but we still had a good swim. The breakfast was delicious with multiple hot and cold options. Overall recommend!
