Clean comfortable hotel with good breakfast
The room is very nice, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the carpet and large TV. The breakfast is good. We had two issues with the room (621): the hot and cold water are reversed on the bathroom sink and the toilet seat didn’t stay up (apparently a problem for husband). Otherwise, we were very pleased and would stay here again.

It’s terrible experience ever I had this hotel. It’s not a hotel. More likely motel, First there is no front desk, if you bearly see them a lady soooo rude, she looks like not happy about her job and don’t care at all or she work just depends on the her mode, Hotel quality so poor very old and bed seat stuff very thin, Only good thing about this hotel is breakfast other then that never come back,

The handicapped accessable rooms had to much junk and could not move aroung. The accessable walk in shower all attachment were inaccessable/not accessable. The towels felt like sandpaper. The TV remote control takes a scientist to figure it out.

It’s gone downhill even with “renovation”
I expected more from a renovated place they have the nerve to charge you $200 deposit for a hotel that so called “no smoking” but the rooms smell like smoke and smelly carpet which I believe they didn’t change in the renovation because I have stayed here before and everything looks the same. There’s even a ceiling leak from the “new” front desk. This would undoubtedly be the last time I ever go back to this hotel there’s to much wrong in this hotel.

The room was clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was awesome - scrambled eggs, bacon, hash, waffles, pastries. The location was just what we wanted - near the Franconia-Springfield metro stop. However, that location is also a bit noisy for country folks like us. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll definitely return for future stays.

The rooms were clean & the hotel appears to be newly updated. The free breakfast was great- eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, pastries, yogurt, fruit. Coffee etc. I totally screwed up & didn’t Check out on time. 1/2 hour late but it was no big deal. The area has stores, a mall & many good restaurants ( highly recommend the buffet $18 but a lot of seafood) 20 minute's to the capital area( if you don’t sit in traffic) Alexandria is 15 minutes. Highly recommend the Best Western 😊
