Everything was fine, do not like that you need to pay for parking. Most everywhere that is part of the place to stay and a ridiculous extra charge when nothing is done to earn that extra money.
The facility non smoking but room smelled like smoke. I did let staff know and they offered free breakfast and they cleaned room next day but still smelled of smoke in room
Located minutes from all the major highways (affectionately known as “the spaghetti bowl”). Because of it is so close to the highways, the immediate area looks “run-down.” Springfield Mall is about 5-10 minutes away. DC is good 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. My only complain is the $15 parking per day while other hotels around have free parking. Overall a solid A.
Great location. Hotel was changing out the mattresses so we got to sleep on new mattresses. Accommodated a last minute need for an extra night. Good area to walk pets. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was very accommodating with requests for extra linens.
Only drawbacks were the carpeting in the rooms has seen better days and should be replaced in favor of parquet or some other easily cleaned flooring. Rooms can get very humid even with the A/C running. Towels and sheets need replacing. We received clean linens every time but worn out towels and sheets need replacing.
Minor issues for a short five day stay. Would stay here again.

The staff was so nice and the property is updated in some spots. The gym was nicer than some luxury hotels. However, the first room I stayed in smelled like cigarettes and the second one had hair on one of the beds. Thankfully there was two beds so I just slept on the other one. The front desk person
The room had a moldy smell to it, the couch had stains, the fixtures were falling off the wall. We stayed for two nights and the maid service never came to clean the room or give us fresh towels. When we checked out I received a bill for 15 dollars a day for parking. The parking lot was huge and empty. Absolutely horrible stay and would never go back. Don’t stay here.
Five minutes after we arrived and checked in, we were having toilet overflowing issues😩
We went down and complained to the front desk they sent someone who said he fixed it, but he did not
Courtly so we had to continue to use the bathroom downstairs for the remainder of our stay.
Went downstairs one morning and there was someone at the front desk that greeted us with rolling her eyes very unprofessional. I know we all have bad days, but you leave that outside of your job door.
