Find a newer hotel- not worth the $$
They upgraded me to an executive suite because they didn’t have the room that I reserved. That was great- that said, the room had a double door entrance and you could see between the doors. As a single female, that did not feel safe. The couch felt dirty, there was a contact lens stuck to floor of the bathroom, the rug was stained in multiple locations and there was a weird stain on the sheets of the bed. The closet door handle had been destroyed at some point and they fixed it with a piece of particle board spray painted white. I also felt really bad for the bartender. He was AMAZING- poor guy had the whole bar (seats 50+?) to himself that night. He kept his cool the entire time. Whomever he is, he deserves a raise. This hotel has run its course. It’s clear the company doesn’t care about this particular location.

I reserved room with 2 queen beds, upon arrival I was told they only had room with 1 bed. When I got to room it was a full size bed not even a king. I had to go back to front desk and he stated that’s all they had left. Then he took a phone call and started helping another customer. Another receptionist asked if he could help me and I told him the problem and he did offer me a king room even though that is not what I reserved. He said they must have given those out during day shift.

Needs upkeep, not worth the price.
Run down. For the price you would think they would upkeep this hotel better. The room was falling apart. Chipped ceiling, damaged tub, broken bathroom lock, dirt in corners. The upper balcony had broken tiles that were uncomfortable to walk on. It was in an overall rough state. I'm tired of hotels asking premium prices, but not putting that money into maintaining their hotel.

We had a room block for a wedding party and when we arrived even after speaking to the staff on two different occasions to make sure a room would be ready our rooms were not ready. We were unable to shower and get dressed and missed the wedding.
