This is a very nice hotel. Very comfortable bed, clean room, linens are very clean. Most importantly, very cordial front desk staffs. Real value for money.

Nancy night auditor was.fantastic. Aaron gave great directions qhen i did not have complete address. Pam the kitxhen help made a wonderful hot breakfast and the dinning room Was spotless. Hollie the manager was very helpful on things to do and directions to Arkansas. Clean, qonderful food, the beat people. I have travel over 10,000 miles this trip and this is the best hotel I have stayes in. It qas in a good part of town, free parking, clean parking lot, lobby, extreamily clean.

Comfortable Accommodations
We enjoyed our stay and will return. While not an expensive 5 star experience, everything with our stay was comfortable and customer focused. They have a nice patio/pool area, and a covered front entrance that includes seating. We were also surprised that their complimentary breakfast was not merely a table with donuts - it is an actual casual dining space with cooked foods offered. And I love that they included a french roast coffee with french vanilla flavored cream. Thanks for that small yet meaningful (and requested) provision. It made a difficult trip (funeral) comforting.

Booked this because seemed to have good ratings. But the property was old and showed it. The Shower head had hard water deposits and the Spout pulled from the wall when you had to forcefully pull the shower know to open and close. My husband saw a roach. Thankfully, it was the morning we were leaving. But we were next to the breakfast room, so makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen area.

Overall poor experience
The room assigned to us was at the very end in the back next to the exit door to the back parking lot and smoking area. People were coming and going all night and that door was loud when opening and closing. Also, the door to our hotel room appeared to have been kicked in at one point. Also there were red stains that appeared to be red wine or blood on the ceiling. The cleanliness was mediocre, there was dust on the ceiling and all lamps. There was also stains on the carpet.

Excellent value for price
This is an older property that's been nicely and elegantly updated, especially the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast good, and staff friendly. I appreciated the "green" aspect, for which the property has won several awards. Excellent value for price. I would stay here again if passing through the area.
