Ryan had excellent customer service! The hotel is pet friendly. Our bathroom door did not lock and the bathroom wasn't super clean, but the kitchenette was a nice feature and it had a dishwasher and dishes we could use. Indoor pool was nice but not heated. Overall, a pretty nice place, especially if you have kids and/or pets.

Car break in overnight.
Someone broke into my car overnight. No matter how nice the room might be, poor security of the parking lot is unacceptable. Security cameras make no difference. Wouldn’t recommend from a safety and security perspective alone. When advising the hotel staff, they said there’s nothing they can do outside of acknowledge the incident.

Great hotel not right on top of highway!
It was a great hotel to stay a couple of nights for a getaway, all the comforts of home, and close to everthing. The kitchen was nice to reheat the huge sandwiches we got from Buckees just a few miles up the hiway. Walmart & Macdoodles were close for some essentials.

This is a nice hotel and the room was really spacious. Nice amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows. The room we were in did need the tracks for the window shade fixed. Tracks were laying under the ac unit and I’m assuming it was on the repair list for someone. Shade still worked and not a big deal but that’s the only reason I gave four stars instead of five for the condition category. I would definitely return to this hotel. 👍
