I was on the 4th floor. Room was excellent, high ceilings, great bed/bedding, bath. Staff were all very friendly, helpful, competent. I would definitely stay again.

Something crawled out of the drain
There were drain flies(?) in the sink and dead on the bed. Asked for a bedding change (housekeeping was gone for the day-at 5:30 p.m.) Asked the front desk to send clean bedding up to the room-no one available so had to go pick up myself. Not even an apology or offer of a different room. The next morning, the bottom of the tub had several black "blobs"-mouse feces, other vermin residue? Who knows? Stuffed a wash cloth to block the drain and left the next day.

Front desk staff some friendly, others not so much. Elevator area on 3rd floor had garbage on the floor for 2-3 days of our stay. Breakfast limited in variety and hours- expired milk in breakfast fridge. Stains on bedroom carpet and both bed skirts. Expected more for cost of room

Our room was clean so no terrible raring there and the staff were very kind. Overall the hotel room needed upgrades (bathroom fixtures rusty, grout discolored) stains on the carpet, torn curtain, mildew on the plastic patio furniture. Lobby and elevator need a good cleaning and paint. For $190 a night I expected more.

Really run down and outdated. Only a few pieces of equipment from the 1990's in the "fitness center" and half were broken. Bathroom sink was rusted and nasty (was even rusted through in a few places). Broken heating unit, broken vending machines, just really lousy all around.

The room was large, and clean. The walls are very thin and lots of noise at night. The breakfast was good! Parking is convenient and easy to find. But the outside and interior hallways could use renovations and updating

A little dated, but worth it!
Great little motel close to Amherst. It was just a 5 minute drive. Although it’s a little dated, the place is clean with spacious rooms. We will definitely stay here again. Close to everything.
