Always love staying here. My mom and dad live near by but sometimes it’s easier when I stay here. Always comfortable! Wish the bar/restaurant was open more days but, I understand.

Lack of staff at entire resort and in in hotel building.Not able to locate for anyone for assistance. Reception did not answer phone calls from within the facility. Entire Adams Building smelled of mold & mildew. Hair in the bathroom tub and floor. (I cleaned it up) Floor below toilet was filthy with urine & hair. (I cleaned it up) Outdoor hot tub is falling apart with loose & sharp tiles. I cut my leg on it. Outdoor hot tub was full of leaves and dirt. No towels available for the Outdoor hot tub. Exterior door from parking lot was open during nighttime and locked in the day. Exterior door from hotel to hot tub was locked (via maglock) and not allowing free egress & exit, got stuck inside. When checking out a day early- The desk receptionist was requesting I pay an additional fee directly to the property, which was not on my Expedia payment details. I requested to be contacted by the hotel manager about the stay and the charges. I was not called back after leaving my contact information.

We stayed a couple of nights on Labor Day weekend. The facility was beautiful, the alpine roller coaster was fun, the pools and hot tubs were clean. We walked down to see waterfalls pretty much right across the street! Our fall get-away was great!

Everything We Expected
The stay was brief but everything we had hoped for. The front desk staff were exceptional, the roo had great views and was clean and tidy. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, one of the cleanest I have been to. My single criticism would be the arcade offerings, they were mostly grab games rather than actual video games. Travelling with younger children, that's a place we always check out, felt like the arcade could have been a bit more entertaining; air hockey and pool would be nice.
