Place was clean and new and front desk person was very nice. But room and bath was poorly designed. Cheap. The light for bed could only be reached by getting out of bed. Could not dim. Soap system was terrible. Couldnt get it out of the squeeze things especially with wet hands in shower.Shower was so strong it almost hurt skin. Every time I turned it on I got powerful cold water before i could even get it to the hot setting. Shower door didnt close fully so bath floor got all wet. Chair in room was too big for small space. Bed table was weird and hard to find in dark. I wont stay there again. Will go to Holdiay Inn Express or somewhere that is newish but not cheaply designed. Graphics will not age well and when this property gets older, it will look really out of date.

I wasn’t told about the hidden amenities and fee until I checked in. I didn’t know it cost $75 to use a microwave. Also, there’s no microwave in my room. Usually those are free for crying out loud. I was pretty much handicapped afraid of being charge the amenities. It was false advertisement to say the least. The shower was barely warm and I was freezing taking a shower. Water was not warm nor hot. My neighbors were loud, which make it hard to sleep. I felt like I got scam when not knowing the amenities would have cost me $75 when it says free when booking the room. Should have state all of that first so I could booked somewhere else. The whole night I was afraid of using anything, tv, phone, WiFi, and etc. because of the hidden fees. I will never come back to stay at that hotel. Worst experiences.

This hotel looked fairly new and was clean overall, but the room was really small and there was NO insulation between rooms. We could CLEARLY hear all conversations going on in the room next door, pounding on the floor above our heads at all hours of the night as people walked around, etc. The breakfast was good with lots of options, however, the entire dining area was over fragranced with something that smelled like soap, which is not what you want to smell while eating. The front desk staff was friendly enough and we were able to check in about 30 minutes early. There were lots of options for shopping and dining nearby. It was a little inconvenient to access because the road had a guardrail in the middle of the road, so you could only go out one way and then you'd have to go about a half mile up the road and turn around, so not the most convenient parking. But overall, it was comfortable enough and we'd probably stay again if we were in the area. Just be aware that it may be noisy and try to get an upper floor so no one is above you.
