A solid two-star motel. It was clean enough and conveniently located, but definitely overpriced.
Upon arrival, the room was hot and stuffy with the air-conditioning turned completely off. It took a couple of hours for the room to become comfortable.
It was clean enough, but there were stains on the sofa. Guests might want to bring their own pillows and towels, as the pillows were miniature and only two very small, thin towels with holes were provided in the bathroom.
The motel required a $100 damage deposit to be paid at check-in, which is something I've never been required to do at much nicer hotels,
Ironically, there was a sarcastically-worded notice in the room implying that the hotel has trouble with guests
stealing their towels, pillows, etc. It is difficult to believe that it would cross anyone's mind to steal worn-out items of such poor quality.
