Receptionist was excellent and most helpfull in locatibg the EV charging station. Thank-you. I found the hotel in general is worn and a bit tired looking compared to other similarly priced hotels during my trip. The restaurant service was adequate although the young part time receptionist did more work than the waitress did. The food was mediocre. The breakfast reflected the previous nights dinner...mediocre. For the price of dinner at $170.00...for two...it was not memorable!

It was the first hotel experience for my 4 year old granddaughters. One of them remarked "It is so clean Nan!" Our room was very clean and so were the common spaces. We enjoyed breakfast which was included in our stay!

Best hotel in Cornwall
We love this hotel and stay here every time we are in Cornwall. This has been our 4th stay at this hotel. They have the best breakfast, hotel is clean,rooms are big and comfy, staff is super friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect, close to many restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to our next stay :)

We had a great stay here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We ate at the pub attached there as well. The food was fantastic. Both well worth the visit. We will be staying here again.
