The landscape looks like it has never been touched in years. Ice and beverage machines did not work. The Mac machine didn't work. Most of all the floor area around the interior pool was laden-ed with black mold emitting from the grout lines. The lamps were from the 60's of 3 lamps only one built in outlet worked. There was a Cat 5 outlet but no USB ports for charging. The room number is 148.

It was not what was advertised! It smelled, air conditioning did not work properly, bed was not comfortable. It was rundown! Never again! And The price was $230. Disgusting room for that price! False advertisement!

I had my dog with me and the staff were very accommodating. Access to my room from the parking area was extremely easy and convenient as I took my dog out a lot. There were many dog parks nearby and shopping was easy. Would stay again with my dog.

We had 5 nights at the hotel and whilst the staff were all nice and helpful, the hotel itself is in need of a complete refurb. Corridors were brown and dull, rooms weee comfortable but out of date, gyms ans pools needed serious investment. Bar good. Decent breakfast. Come on Best Westen, invest and get this great location hotel up to standard
