Was highly impressed when I opened the door to my room it smelled great! Could tell it had just been cleaned. Room was comfy. Door jam could use a paint touch up otherwise it was great. Traffic noise from the highway is a bit loud but that is expectable since it’s so close. I would recommend this location to others.

Lots of long term rentals. Our room was next to the stairwell, which functioned as a bike rack.Not an inherent problem, i suppose, but led to an awful lot of noise and smoking all night and early in the morning. All the drama of apartment neighbors right outside your room, plus highway noise. Don't expect to sleep a lot. Also, i know it's dog friendly, which i appreciate, but my dogs would have been on high alert ALL NIGHT.

CONS; 1st room was not serviced, requiring return to desk via stairs only. Light bulbs outside many rooms, including mine, flash like strobe lights due to some defect. PROS: location just off interstate, very clean room. Smelled great. Close to Waffle House and Georgio's, which I recommend. Close to gas stations.

The Aranet4 Co2 monitor showed 1020ppm in the morning for 2 in the room which was better air quality than most Days Inns (about 2500 with no ERV typical). There must be some fresh air coming in from the AC unit, but that’s rare nowadays. With a standard ERV like in less than 15 year old Hiltons, Marriotts etc, about 600ppm is typical with outside air now running 420ppm for comparison. Mark
